Affiliate disclosure

In short

Some links on this site will be affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the software company may pay us a commission. We have not joined any affiliate programme yet.

What it costs you

We do not add any charge. Prices we show are the vendor's published prices. If a partner link changes an offer, for example a discount or a longer trial, we will say so next to the link. Vendors set their own prices and offers, so we cannot promise the price is identical in every case.

What we commit to

• We mark affiliate links and put this disclosure at the top of every page.
• We check each programme's terms before linking to it. None has been joined yet.
• We rank and describe products using the criteria in how we compare.
• We do not accept payment for placement, ranking or reviews; whether a vendor pays us is not a ranking criterion.

What we do not claim

We expect to earn commission from some vendors and not others. That can create a pull towards vendors who pay, even though it is not one of our criteria. We do not claim it has no effect. To help you judge, we will state on each page which listed products have affiliate links.

We may list products we have no affiliate relationship with.
