About us

We are preparing comparison guides to Making Tax Digital software for UK sole traders, landlords and small businesses. We plan to use public information, date it, and say where it came from. The first guides are live: dates and deadlines, Excel bridging software and a price table. More are planned.

We plan to earn money through affiliate links; we have not joined any programme yet. We explain how in our affiliate disclosure, and how we compare in how we compare.

We are not HMRC, and we are not affiliated with HMRC or GOV.UK.

How we relate to software vendors

We are not owned by any software vendor. We do not accept payment for placement, ranking or reviews; whether a vendor pays us is not a ranking criterion. We plan to earn commission from some vendors (see the affiliate disclosure).
